Maggie Bradley
Associate Director
Maggie Bradley is a graduate of the North Carolina School of the Arts, where she earned her high school diploma on merit scholarship with a concentration in ballet. Her advanced training includes study with the Hungarian National Ballet and participation in the professional program at the Merce Cunningham Dance Studio. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts.
Throughout her training and professional career, Ms. Bradley has performed works by renowned choreographers including George Balanchine, Marius Petipa, Antony Tudor, Kraig Patterson (The Mark Morris Dance Group), and Merce Cunningham. She has danced professionally with Pacific American Ballet Theatre and Los Angeles Dancers and Choreographers.
Ms. Bradley is also a respected educator and has taught Cunningham-based master classes at institutions such as Pomona College, Terpsichore of North Carolina, Pasadena Dance Center, Iowa State University, Carolina Friends School, Culver Girls Academy, and Greenwich Ballet Academy.
With over 22 years of experience in teaching and choreography, Ms. Bradley brings a depth of artistic knowledge, a passion for movement, and a warm, inspiring presence to her roles with Carolina Youth Ballet and Ballet NC.
